How do we assure quality?

We are fully committed to maintaining and improving the quality of our service. We have a comprehensive Quality Policy and Procedures Manual, including our complaints procedure; all our policies and procedures are constantly under review and updated regularly. In addition the Manager’s have an ‘open door’ policy for staff, residents’ and their families, to ensure the standard of care is maintained.

An important part of our approach to quality of care is to seek the views of residents, relatives and representatives, by holding regular reviews either on a one to one basis or with the involvement of the next of kin.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are inspected regularly. In addition each year residents and their families are asked to complete a quality questionnaire that is collated and reviewed to ensure that we are providing the high standard of care expected of us.
